How did you hear about us?

  1. If you rent, is it with a property management company? If yes, please get the name and phone number for the management company.
  2. If not, do you pay by cash, check, or money order? Is the check in your name?
  3. Is your income verifiable?
  4. (For self-employed, can we show the income on the last 2 years tax returns with the same business and a year-to-date profit and loss.)
  5. Is your income increasing, stabilizing, or decreasing over the last 2 years? If it is decreasing, please explain why.
  6. Do you foresee any future expenses such as a new car, baby, or paying for college?
  7. Are you a contract employee? (You need to take a 2-year average of Federal Tax Returns to calculate income.) Alternative is a Stated Income loan.
  8. Have you filed taxes for the last two years?
  9. Are there any gaps in between employment? If so, please state the reason why.
  10. Have the assets been in the bank account for at least 2 months or have there been any large deposits in the last 2 months?
  11. How long do you plan on owning the home?
  12. What is a comfortable mortgage payment for you?
    • How much down payment can you afford?

    • What type of loan are you interested in? 100%, 5% or 20% down, etc.

  29. Who is your insurance agent? (Please list the name and phone number)
  30. What are your hobbies?
  31. What is your preferred form of communication on the loan process?
  32. Are you looking for a trusted financial planner?
  33. Who is your financial planner or CPA? Do you mind if I contact them to get their approval on the loan program we decide on? That way you will have peace of mind we made the right choice.
